More about Frankie
Frankie Cappello, a senior at Liberty High School, is thrilled to serve as a State Officer for the 2024-2025 school year. Though joining FBLA during his freshman year was not initially part of Frankie’s plan, it turned out to be one of the best decisions he has ever made. After attending leadership camp in his freshman year, Frankie made it his goal to serve the members of FBLA Arizona by becoming a State Officer. In both his freshman and sophomore years, Frankie served as the Communications Director on FBLA Arizona's Public Relations Council. During his junior year, he held the position of Team Lead on the President’s Council. Outside of FBLA, you can find Frankie singing in Liberty’s Chamber Choir, volunteering at the library, reading biographies, and studying all things history. Frankie’s primary goal is to always love, serve, and care for individuals regardless of circumstance, and FBLA is his means of achieving this goal. Being a part of FBLA has taught Frankie valuable leadership, networking, and problem-solving skills. He hopes that as a State Officer, he will be able to pass on the same skills he has learned during his journey and inspire members to put their ideas into action, ensuring they have the best possible experience. Frankie is particularly passionate about assisting local chapters and their members across Arizona in achieving success beyond what they thought possible, and providing them with opportunities that will serve them well as they become the next generation of business leaders.
