More about Natalie
Natalie LaPaglia Pisaño, a Junior at Coolidge High School, is excited to serve as a State Officer for the 2023-2024 state officer team. Although joining FBLA her first year was not Natalie's plan, it was perhaps the best decision of her life. After placing at state her freshmen year and attending Nationals, Natalie was completely enamored with FBLA. During her sophomore year, Natalie became Vice President of her high school's FBLA chapter, served on FBLA Arizona's Chapter Development Council, and decided to run for State Office. Outside of FBLA, you can find Natalie baking, playing the flute in the marching and symphonic band, reading mystery novels, or performing on stage with her friends. Natalie's biggest goal in life is to help people, and FBLA is her way of doing that. Being apart of FBLA has taught Natalie self-confidence, networking skills, and public speaking skills. She hopes that as a State Officer, she will be able to teach members across the state those same skills and help them have the same amazing experiences in FBLA that she has had. Natalie is most passionate about helping members and chapters across Arizona succeed in ways that they hadn't thought possible, and give them opportunities that she wasn't afforded.
